THE CHECK IS YOUR SHARE OF ZURICH'S SETTLEMENT OF THAT LAW SUIT.

PLEASE NOTE: PURSUANT TO AN ORDER OF THE COURT, SECOND DISTRIBUTION CHECKS WERE MAILED ON AUGUST 20, 2012

The Settlement Administrator has issued from the Net Settlement Fund Balance a second distribution check on a pro rata basis to some class members who cashed their checks from the initial distribution.
